YRA implores our state government and councils to honour the boundaries and definitions originally outlined in their local zoning plans and refrain from continuously allowing those boundaries to be changed in order to advantage industry and disadvantage residents.

HISTORY
The history of development in and around Yatala/Ormeau is a history of broken promises
YRA is not anti industry but YRA will continue to campaign vigorously against industry operators who flagrantly break development control orders that they themselves signed up to. We also lobby governments to ensure there is adequate, effective and demonstrable policing of emissions from recalcitrant operators who put profits ahead of the health and safety of residents and the environment.
